[Roji sounds as cheerful as always when he begins today's voice post. Perhaps even more so than usual.]

Hello, everyone. Roji here. As you all know, Valentine's Day is tomorrow! I've made a couple batches of chocolates if there are any girls out there looking to give gifts to their sweethearts. Ah, guys too! S-Sorry, I'm used to how it's done in Japan.

[He sighs happily. Ah, what a wonderful holiday this is. Love in the air, and all that jazz...]

I'm not asking anything for them. I'm just here to help spread the love. [How corny.] Just ask if you'd like some!

[[OOC: Roji is mostly unaffected from the event until the 18th...except a certain robot might change that. This post is completely open of course.]]

BZZZT! WATCH MY SUPERIOR SPEED IN ACTION!

[Okay. Creepy robot can deal with this. He'll just jump out of his window, turn his body into a make-shift helicopter, and be on his way towards CH7. He'll be there soon, don't worry. He's a fast robot.]

[So Roji turns to his window to watch for his incoming guest. It doesn't take long for him to notice the strange helicopter contraption heading for the building. Is he...riding a bicycle in the air?

If he wasn't staring before, he certainly is now. He's staring in awe. So it really was a robot he was talking to!

He leans closer to the window, opens it, and calls out.]

Ah, over here!

[And then this is Robo-Ky seeing the guy, and feeling somewhat... relieved that he went the right way? Can he even feel relieved? Who knows.]

FOUND YOU! [He stops riding his contraption and aims for the window! Which might end with him just grasping for the window frame. Crap.] I PLANNED THIS!

[He didn't.]

[Realizing the other is going to come through the window, Roji steps to the side and... Oh god he's going to fall--

Without really thinking about it, Roji immediately grabs the robot's arms to help him inside. Except he's not very strong so he's really not much help... Still, he'll try!]

A-Are you okay?!

[That's more than enough help to get the robot to reel himself into the window. He was just being stupid, so no worries.]

OF COURSE! I PLANNED FOR THAT. I SAID SO. [His arm might be a little loose now...]

[That doesn't completely erase his doubt...especially when he sees that arm. So he motions to it.]

Are you sure...?

I AM ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE! I'VE BEEN HIT WITH WORSE THAN A WINDOW!]

[So stop giving him that look.]

O-Okay. [Roji will take his word. He's not even going to ask about that last bit.

So he awkwardly turns around and shows him to the kitchen where he's laid out all the chocolates, notably the strawberries.]

Well, here they are. You can take whatever you'd like.

[Then he turns to the robot with a curious look on his face.] Oh right! I don't think you ever mentioned your name.

[Robo-Ky just stares past Roji, looking at all the chocolate and stuff. It's a lot, and it does look pretty well-made. Robo-Ky doesn't think he's ever actually tried consuming chocolate before, either. He usually ate watermelon and big cups of soda, among others.

Hopefully he's not like a dog.] ROBO-KY. TELL ME YOURS.

[He smiles. That name has a nice ring to it.] I'm Roji. It's nice to meet you, Robo-Ky.

[He taps his chin.] I have to admit, I really didn't think robots ate anything. But I'm glad you can. [Wait, did he actually say that?] A-Ah, since you seem so interested in trying my sweets.

[Roji... Robo-Ji would sound cool, but Roji is just as good. Which is a weird thing for Robo-Ky to process, but whatever. What's so weird about it anyway?]

EVERYTHING I EAT TURNS INTO ENERGY TO POWER ME! WHY WOULDN'T I EAT? [Time to stare at the chocolates and pick the best looking one. But this is hard, because they all look good.

Wait, is that a compliment going through his head?] YES, I'M QUITE INTERESTED...

[Roji watches as Robo-Ky browses through the selection.]

That's how it works for humans too. Huh...I just figured you used electricity to get your energy. The more you know.

ELECTRICITY WOULD ONLY SLOW ME DOWN IN PLACES WITHOUT IT!

[... He just picks up one of those strawberries and inspects it.]

That's...a good point, actually.

[Roji looks really impressed.] You've definitely got an advantage over the usual robots I hear of.

REALLY? [That makes him feel awesome.] I MEAN, OF COURSE I DO! I'M AN ART FORM PERFECTED!

Really. [He laughs. Though...he does mean it. The more he hears about Robo-Ky, the more impressed he is. There's just something endearing about him...but he can't exactly point out what it is. Maybe it's his wacky personality?] Someone for all of the other robots to look up to.

YOU THINK SO TOO? [That makes him feel even more awesome. Someone like Roji, who is clearly talented at seeing what Robo-Ky is worth and making these chocolate treats, saying that totally means it must be true. Which he's still holding one of.]

I KNEW I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE THINKING THAT! THAT'LL SHOW THEM ALL!

Show them...? You mean people don't agree with that? [That's unfortunate. Robo-Ky seems pretty cool to Roji...]

NO, THEY DON'T! I TOLD THEM ALL OVER THE JOURNAL SYSTEM, AND THEY DENIED MY GREATNESS BY INSULTING ME! THOSE DEFECTIVE BASTARDS! [In that moment, he clenches his fist and crushes the chocolate-dipped strawberry in his hand. As soon as he realizes it, he opens his hand to stare at what was left.

... Why does he feel so bad about this? He shouldn't, but... he does.] ... THAT WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN.

[Suddenly Roji has chocolate strawberry fragments on his face. Whoops, guess he shouldn't have been standing so close to the extremely passionate robot.

He rubs a little bit off, but he quickly realizes he's going to need a napkin or something. But before he goes to clean up, he stops to laugh it off. He's not laughing at Robo-Ky being insulted of course, just how worked up he got. It was kind of cute.]

That's okay. I can understand why you'd get worked up over that. No one likes to be insulted.

[He's laughing? Robo-Ky figured Roji would be mad. Humans are confusing sometimes.]

... YEAH! IT SUCKS! I'M GLAD YOU UNDERSTAND! [This guy is way more tolerable than he originally thought. Robo-Ky might actually be... enjoying this conversation.]

[Roji turns on his heel to grab a napkin from the counter. Once he's done cleaning up, he picks up another strawberry and holds it out to Robo-Ky.]

Try not to squash this one, now. [He says it jokingly.]

I PROMISE NOT TO! [He promised. How lovely. He takes the strawberry and, this time, just flat out eats it. And by eating it, all he did was open his mouth and drop it in. Done.]

[Wow, that was easy. Roji intently awaits a verdict.]
